BROWN SUGAR • A perfect blend of brown sugar & farm direct  organic cane sugar. The flavor of the sugar cane comes through clearly playing nicely with molasses to create a complex & delicious simple syrup. INGREDIENTS: Water, Brown Sugar, Organic Cane Syrup

SPICED CRANBERRY • This flavorful syrup is made with plum, cranberry, and mulling spices, and is the perfect addition to any hot or cold drink. The inspiration for this flavor came from wanting something that reminded us of crisp fall mornings and the approach of the holiday season. A few ounces of this in your apple cider or hot toddy will have you feeling all warm and fuzzy. INGREDIENTS: water (infused with mulling spices and green peppercorn) organic cane sugar, plum purée, cranberry purée & citric acid.

TRUE COLA •  After much trial & error, Portland Syrups has  finally found their version of a true cola! This highly requested (and best selling syrup) is packed with whole herbs & spices and is meant to taste that way. This is NOT Coke or Pepsi, it is intended to taste like the original cola made with real ingredients. It makes an incredibly warming & complex mocktail or cocktail. INGREDIENTS: Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Cola Nut, While Spices, Organic Concentrates of Lime & Orange, Natural Vanilla Flavor & Phosphoric Acid

VANILLA ROOIBOS • Rooibos tea, vanilla, and cinnamon are one of the world’s great flavor trinities. In this rich, fragrant syrup, each flavor comes through clearly, easily adding layers of depth to your drink. The rooibos' base notes of honey and soft peach mix well with brandy, whiskey, or light rum.  INGREDIENTS: Water, Organic Cane Sugar, Organic Rooibos Leaf, Whole Cinnamon, Vanilla Flavoring, Ascorbic Acid.

GINGER • This focused, intense ginger syrup is brewed with mountains of whole fresh ginger root. To this brew we add Japanese chilies for an authentic, slightly hot finish. Use this flavor powerhouse to mix up Moscow Mules, Whiskey-Gingers, and Dark & Stormies that will have your guests lost for words! Simply add to any unflavored sparkling water and build your drink as you would with a ready-to-drink ginger beer or ginger ale. INGREDIENTS: Water, Ginger Juice, Organic Cane Sugar, Japanese Chilies, Organic Ginger Concentrate, Citric Acid.

ROSE • Fragrant, whole dried rose blossoms and petals are slow-brewed in stages with dried rose hips, to capture the flower’s essence at several stages of its expression. It is sweet and tart with a subdued but complex floral character, and is extremely versatile. Wonderfully refreshing on its own, or added to clear spirits for an especially delightful drink.  INGREDIENTS: Water, Dried Rose Bud and Petal, Dried Rose Hip, Organic Cane Sugar, Citric Acid.
