Antique Eastlake Buffet

This gorgeous late 1800's Eastlake sideboard/buffet would be the perfect piece on which to serve meals and drinks in a formal dining room, or use it as a more casual coffee bar in your kitchen. 

This elegant buffet table features delicate spoon carvings, lovely burled wood veneers, solid brass ornate drawer pulls, and a key hole (no key). There is one wide drawer, with two smaller drawers above for silverware and linens; all drawers have Knapp joints. Drawers have been lined with a pretty leafy floral wallpaper. A dual door cabinet with one fixed shelf is great for storing all of your platters, tureens, fine china, etc. 

This 120+ year old piece is in great condition for its age, with light wear and nicks around the base trim, and a small hairline crack on the back corner trim (see photos!). The wood top has recently been refinished and the entire piece has been conditioned with furniture wax.
